Justin Vincent / Co-Owner
With over a decade of experience in diverse investigative fields, Justin has come to specialize in the field of criminal defense and is co-owner of One Logic Source. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Criminology from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Arts in Intelligence and Global Security from Point Park University.
Throughout his career, Justin has had the privilege of working on cases that have had lasting impacts on many lives. His Christian faith is the foundation of his work, driving him to pursue truth, justice, and compassion in everything he does. This mission fuels his passion to serve those in need, offering them dignity and a fair defense.
Laura Gallardo-Chandler / Co-Owner
Laura Gallardo-Chandler is an accomplished criminal defense investigator with extensive experience across multiple areas of the criminal justice system. Born and raised in South Texas. As Co-Owner and Criminal Defense Investigator at One Logic Source, LLC, she provides critical support to attorneys by analyzing discovery, coordinating witnesses, managing case documents, and conducting in-depth investigations.
Previously, Laura served as an Investigator for the Federal Public Defender's Office in Tennessee and Texas, playing a vital role in defending indigent clients facing federal charges. Her background also includes case management at a residential facility and child protective investigations, showcasing her ability to handle sensitive cases with diligence and compassion.
Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M International University, is fluent in Spanish, and is recognized for her meticulous attention to detail, cultural competence, and unwavering commitment to justice.
Darius Hankins / Investigator
Darius Hankins is a seasoned Senior Investigator and former Narcotics Detective with over 16 years of specialized experience in law enforcement, covert operations, and criminal case management. He has led high-risk investigations involving homicide, arson, narcotics, and digital forensics, working closely with legal teams, expert witnesses, and law enforcement agencies.
Known for his integrity, attention to detail, and strategic problem-solving, Darius is highly skilled in surveillance, forensics, data analysis, and crisis management.
Darius also brings entrepreneurial experience as a business owner and proven leader dedicated to protecting communities and citizens rights, while mentoring the next generation of investigators.
April Merkel / Administrative Assistant
April Merkel serves as the Administrative Assistant at One Logic Source, where she brings a strong foundation in organization, client support, scheduling, data entry, and workflow management. With experience in structured, high-responsibility environments, April is known for her steady, detail-oriented approach and her ability to help keep operations running efficiently.
April is currently pursuing a double major in Social Science and Human Services through the Kentucky Community & Technical College System, with plans to continue her education at Eastern Kentucky University in the Bachelor of Social Work program. Her academic background, combined with hands-on experience in court observation, clerical support, case coordination, and collaboration with service providers, has helped her develop a professional, ethical, and trauma-informed approach to her work.
In addition to her administrative strengths, April has experience supporting professionals in legal and advocacy-related settings, including assisting with clerical work, data gathering, appointment coordination, and documentation. She also has a background in social media management and customer support, giving her a versatile skill set that supports both internal operations and client-facing needs.
